Back in the saddle
This past Sunday, I went on my second ride since I became pregnant with Ryan. I went about 23 miles and felt really sluggish, but still managed to average about 17 mph. Recovering from childbirth is a lot tougher than I thought it would be!!

That is AWESOME! Girl, most of us only WISH we could do that after having kids! Good job!

Thanks for the cheers, Marcy! I've got to keep up with David and, in a few years, Ryan! He is really awesome. Hope you can meet him soon.
